I recommend Britta for consumer-level water filtration. I've had good experiences with their customer support staff. Culligan is another big brand which I would expect high quality from.
I know nothing about the brand you posted a URL about. You might be able to find a comparison if you're a Consumer's Reports subscriber. Even better, you could try a few filters and have samples of the water analyzed. Go for the gold! References :
