How can I build my own Reverse Osmosis water filter system?

Okay so we need a semipermeable membrane, and some means to produce pressure of 24.5 atmospheres (actually 101.5 for a reasonable rate of freshwater production) so thats 103,000,000. dynes/cm^2. Apart from that just salt water.
